POOR SERVICE WITH MTN

I have an MTN contract and my number was suspended due to non payment, and have fully paid the account R28010.58 because it was handed over to legal department. now I've been calling them since the 01/02/2022 to reactivate my number 076 097 8690 and with no luck they have been telling me that their system is giving them an arror and must make follow up on the reference numbers that they give me which is the following REF 1-83646098670, REF 1-84400771829, REF REQ000003032105 , REF 301961099, REF 302046597 THIS ARE THE REFERENCES I HAVE GOT TO MAKE FOLLOW-UPS. I am waiting my time and airtime to call this guys without help i am so disappointed because even at first when i join MTN i also struggled with a sim-swap for the very same number should have learned my lesson there that MTN doesnt take people serious i am so pissed i regret being part of their family because its been years since i join MTN but their service is bullshit. my ID No 9004040389085 and my current phone number 061 586 3975.
