Access Health website is a poor excuse for a website. As a business owner and a citizen of CT who has to use this system it it NOT user friendly. You have to call customer service for everything due to the website not working as intended. When calling you wait online for a ridiculous amount time. I think if the government is going to REQUIRE you to pay for insurance through an open exchange at obscene rates they should at lest have a user friendly wed site that works as intended.
