Placed an order for large bouquet for death of a family member on behalf of the rest of the family. They called to say that they couldn't give same day delivery. I told them that was fine the following day or even the next day. Five days after ordering, I received a phone message cancelling my order. They should have asked if I wanted a different bouquet or a similar bouquet. But no communication other than cancelling after they approved delivery date. DO NOT USE this florist...it is a joke. User's recommendation: Do NOT use this florist! It was so unprofessional!!!!
