Poor service. Un american policy on battery purchases

I spoke to customer service months ago. About the. Photo ID. Current address phone number etc. Was told that wasn't policy. Today treated poorly by a manager who told me they make the rules. All that is required in this country for a product warranty is a receipt showing proof of purchase. Im telling evey 1 about my treatment. Rural king & no battery maker need my personal information. VERY BAD POLICY User's recommendation: Dont shop rural king.
