Contracted with Cronhite based upon a promise to begin work on my siding in one week. When they did not show up by Wed of the next week I called the company and was told a message would be given to the salesman when he came in at 10:00 am - I didnt hear from him till almost noon! He said he never promised me the job would start the next week because they have no idea when the installers will be finished with their current job. I told him that I signed the contract based upon the understanding that they would be at my home the next week after I contracted with them. style=" He called back the next day and told me someone would be out on Friday - the guys showed up at 3:00 pm and shut down work for the day by 4:00 pm!!! Their foreman told me they would be back on Saturday. Sat morning I received a phone call stating he had to spend time with his children. When they finally got started on Monday morning - after 9:00 A.M. - they took breaks every 15 to 20 minutes, plus their lunch break - actually worked approximately 6 hrs a day because they left at 3:30 or 4:00 every day - yesterday (this is 3 weeks later!) they left at 1:30 pm - said they were really tired but would be back on Sat. Its now Sat morning and their company office is closed. The foreman just informed me they wont be here till 11:00 because he has his boy with him!!! They will not be here today - gutters were suppose to have been installed yesterday - guy showed up and then left. Its after 10:00 A.M. and no one is here! Dont ever hire this company - they lie, procrastinate - put back up broken electric lights that they remove during installation and have left their mess all over the yard for weeks!! I havent been able to have my yard mowed for 3 weeks, while paying a Gardner 150$ a month to mow once a week!!! This company used all 4 of my trash cans to put debris into and havent hauled off anything as of this date! It did rain 2 times during this process which delayed them by 2 days; however if they had been putting in an 8 hr day - the job would have been finished in 2 weeks at the most, even with down days for rain!!!
