Poor service /Poor food

Good Morning, My name is Parthenia Jackson and on yesterday 1/7/2019 Myself and my 3 daughters were a customer at your Atlanta Ga location in Buckhead around 4:00pm. I was referred there by a dear friend and was left very disappointed. 1st let me start by address the service. When we arrived upon being seated the atmosphere was great. Once we sat down it started with the service being not so savvy. The waiter was very nice however seen to be overwhelmed with task as he only came back to the table every now and then to take orders and clear empty plates. I could see that he had multiple tables he was overseeing and we all looked to be waiting and waiting. When he would return he did offer up great advice on food when we asked questions but was in a rush manner. I ordered 2 miso salmon dishes, bacon cheese burger plate dish, chicken pasta plate and 3 strawberry smoothies. The salmon pieces had to be the smallest I have ever seen. They cut them into pieces which made them even more smaller. The mac and cheese was dry. Me and one of my daughters both had it as a side we both sent them back. My other side was brussel sprouts which were good but burned. My daughter other side was broccoli which was dry see didn't eat it. And to sum it up my daughter who had the cheese burger meal ordered her burger well done they brought it out medium. Due to the fact that at this point the food took so long. They were low on table bread she was so hungry I was talking her into seeing if she could it the burger. She was not based on it not cooked appropriately. I had to request the waiter by this point to address the issue. He was so was overwhelmed he just said let me get my manager. Once the manager came. He apologized about the burger said he would speak to the kitchen staff. But by this time whole family had ate everyone but my child who meal was now missed up. So now we sitting at a table where she is waiting on her food to be cooked which took another 30 mins. We are all done just sitting waiting I am frustrated now 1 with the service at this point, 2 becuase my child starving and 3 because now me and my daughter who had the 2 salmon meals are still hungry also because they took our mac and cheese away. Our food was already small portion and they didn't offer us nothing else in place. So not only was the food Not all that portion but now we short the other half of our meal because I upgraded to the mac and cheese and veg instead of the sides that came with the meal and we now only have one side neither of us still wanted. Once they finally brought out my daughter meal. They also brought the tab. You would think that someone would have compensated me due to all the mishaps. No.....when the bill came there was no sorry no percentage off just here you go have a nice day. Me and my family are true foodies. I eat all over the world and travel all over the world. I have no problem issuing my money out for great service and food because I like great food and nice places. But when I spend 90 to $100 on a meal it should be good. I had to tell the waiter that he needed to go take that back to his supervisor to adjust whatever he need to adjust. He took off $16.00 which covered the hamburger meal. However, I was inconvenienced all the way around. I had to leave there and go spend extra money on more food because me and my daughter who had the salmon were still hungry. I must say I am so disappointed and as of this morning very fustrated still.
