Poor Service in Cambodia
Hi, I'm writing this email to inform you that your oversea branch Foodpanda in Cambodia provides a terrible service. I have used your service in Taiwan and Philippines, most of time I had good experience. However, the service in Cambodia is one of the worst I have experienced. Firstly, GPS wrong setting, delivery man always went to wrong place. Secondly, worst customer service. Most of the agents I dealt with are lacking knowledge, poor English ability, no communication and problem solving skill. If you check into local forum you will find out how do the locals think about Foodpanda, especially expats like me, cannot tolerant on this poor service. For my example, 1 delivery guy went to a wrong location and blamed me that I provided the wrong address. However, it was correct address and your system guided him to a wrong place. What's more, the guy asked me for $1 otherwise he wouldn't go further to deliver to my address. I was very upset so I told him I will cancel my Budger King order while report his rude behavior to customer service. What to my surprise is how poor the customer service is. They agent even asked me to call the driver to verify if what happened to me is true. Wasn't is customer service's job? I had dealt with 3 customer service to get my case done. They finally sent one official email that my ordered has been cancelled any they will process my refund. It was Apr-7, and today when I checked my bank statement, I just got to know that there was no refund. I suggest head office should look into Cambodia branch deeply. Compared to other App, E-Gate, NHAM24, Foodpanda is really the worst. If keep the management like this, it's just a matter of time you fail the business.
