I have a second home in Lone Rock WI, We are there only a few times a month, so I rely on companies with good service. I noticed that our out building had ants, and mice. This building was to have been treated. I sent an e-mail to the local Orkin dealer in Lacrosse Wi. After not receiving a reply I sent a second request. STILL NO REPLY. I then filled out an Orkin, complaint form AGAIN NO REPLY. I sent the second form to Orkin ,AGAIN NO REPLY. As a last resort I called Orkins midwest office and cancelled my service. I had been a Orkin customer for years. Would not recommend Orkin
