Poor service/appointment? what appointment?

Friday, June 19, 2020 I had a blowout on my right front tire. I stopped by the nearest Discount Tire store in Weatherford, on my trip to Abilene. I have the Hazard Tire Warranty for my tires. The employees there were exceptional with service. But, they did not have a replacement tire in stock. They asked where i was headed. I informed them to Abilene. They called the Abilene Store and they had several in stock. He made arrangements to have one reserved for me the next day at noon. When i arrived at the Abilene store on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at noon. They placed me in line with several other customers, and told me it would be a long wait. 5 HOURS LATER, my tire had been replaced. They did not honor an appointment for noon as was promised the day before. Sure, i got my replacement for free, in accordance with the Warranty. But, seriously, 5 HOURS? I will NEVER use the Abilene store again. I have been a Discount Tire customer for 35 years. I have always been treated better at all the other stores i have visited. And I will continue to do so. But, NOT the Abilene Store. Discount Tire delivers quality product at a decent and fair price and usually quality service. Or has always been the case, until Saturday, June 20, 2020 in Abilene, Texas. I thought someone in corporate needed to know about this issue.
