Front storm door has been broke for three months. We have contacted ih about this for months. They charge us for rental insurance even though we have our own. They threaten eviction even though laws are in place to prevent eviction due to Corona virus. Maintenance is a joke its always pass the buck with these people after this lease is up we can sever our ties with ih for good User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company.
