We have had good service for about a year and then all of a sudden NONSTOP internet outages, and super slow speeds. After about 10 calls they said the problem was on our side and we spent almost $400 in new equipment just for the issue to persist. Also worth noting that when we do call and they send out a truck to the pole it works - for about a day. I just want what I am paying for. User's recommendation: HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE - AVOID.
