Poor service and poor quality

My husband bought me a opal ring for my birthday.The life time warranty stated that they would replace it if it was lost or fix it if it was broken and so on.I lost the stone after a year of purchase .They replaces it for me but with a lab maid stone.Well it fell out as well.They told me they would just have a whole new ring sent in just like the original.They said just pay 45 bucks for a new warranty.They called me to come pick it up.I go in to the store and the manager says d he will not give me the ring until I bring in the original stone that was in the original ring.I informed him that it fell out years ago and so far so did the lab maid stone.The ring fell apart literally on my hand .I told him I’m tired of this happening and just would like my money back.He told me no.He refused to give me the new replacement ring that has a lab maid stone until I come up with the original authentic opal that came in the ring.He said that if I bring that in I can have the ring or sumthing of the same value. I feel like the warranty is a lie.I feel like they are crooks .My husband never intended for this gift he gave me to Cosmi so much difficulty .I give up as of now.My husband will be home in two weeks.Hes not happy at all about this.Hes planning on taking this matter as far up as he can.
