I was at the main Arnold mo. location off church road at apx 11 am today 7/12/2021 in need of sending an overseas wire transfer for my company Even though I have done this many time in the past 30 years that I have been with US Bank I was told by the manager Cody that I now needed to make an appointment with her to do this. She told me that this is the way it's going to be and I could go to another branch 10 miles away because this branch was under staffed. WTF!!! There are apx 6 other banks closer to my business than this and all would love my business account as well as personal account. Very disappointed, Anthony Pijut
