These Bank have poor management skills, lack of knowledge and they take their time posting your payoff to ensure they are able to get more money from you. They fail to provide me with a 5 day payoff and told me they only can give me a 15 day pay off. If I ask for 5 day or 10 day pay off I should be provided with one. The longer you take to pay them off the more money they receive from you. I advise you to do business with Navy Federal Credit Union, Pentagon Federal Credit Unit, Bank of America, Altra Federal Credit Uion or BBT back. Please stay away from these guys because they will over charge you.
