Poor response for returns

Followed the instructions for returns, it stated I would get an e-mail response in 48hours. That did not happen and I sent numerous more requests for assistance. I have never received a response or a refund. Have tried all avenues they list with no response. I now must assume I have been taken and this is a bogus company. Would never use them again and have told my friends on facebook never to use this company. User's recommendation: Never use this company.
