I paid $2,500 for a Samsung refrigerator that didn't run well, the ice maker constantly jammed and it finally stopped working only 5 years after I bought it. I called Pacific Sales for service when the frig stopped working. The person I spoke to told me I had to pay a $10 fee for the visit. She mentioned no other costs or charges. When the service people called to confirm the visit, I was told there was a $100 charge for the visit and a $100 minimum labor charge. They also confirmed the model I bought is terrible - lots of repairs needed. I learned the hard way - Pacific Sales sells garbage appliances and lies about the cost to fix them. Stay away!!!
