Poor quality of their product and customer service

I purchased a new washing machine on February 8th 2021. On March 7th 2021 I started having issues with loud banging and error codes. I contacted Midea. Midea sent out the repair technician and he determined parts needed to be replaced. After contacting the repair company I found out that Midea did not send all the parts that the repair technician requested to replace. Instead they told him just to replace the parts that he had that the other part was on back order till June of 2021. According to their own repair technician all parts needed to be replaced but Midea was unwilling to follow through with the recommendation of their own repair technician. My recommendation would be to avoid anything this company makes due to their unwillingness and incapability to provide customer service, stand by their repair technicians and the very poor products they produce! Do some research and you will see that I am not the only one that has these complaints! User's recommendation: Avoid any products Midea makes.
