I purchased a Madea 4.5 cubic foot washing machine in February of 2021. By March 6th the washing machine begin to portray extremely loud banging and throwing error codes constantly. After contacting Madea they sent out a repair technician who determined several parts inside had to be replaced. Madea failed to send all parts requested by repair technician told repair company to fix it without all the proper parts. I contacted the midea they were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to replace the item considering they did not have the parts in stock needed to repair the washing machine. I would not recommend this brand to any customers they fail to stand behind their warranty and they fail to stand behind their products or take the rectumendations of their own repair companies that they use. User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost.
