Poor quality- horrible customer service

Do not buy from the store. There are plenty of other stores to buy from. I was on hold for literally two hours. They dont care. Even during these difficult times they had me on hold not to mention the quality of their products are horrible. Go direct to an actual company that makes and sells the goods not just a marketing company that personalize things.
