I bought 170.00 in meat from Iowa Steak last summer, guaranteed my satisfaction. I entertained a bbq cooking almost all of it, the steak fell apart and everyone had complaints. I decided to cancel my check, first check I've ever cancelled. Iowa Steak sent me to collections. I cooperated with collections and wrote a reason for my cancelled check as requested. Iowa Steak did not except my reason (big suprise). Now 7 months later they want to charge me over 500.00 in penalties, collections is calling me all of the time and my mail box is flooded. I'm sorry I ever trusted their guarantee. They have really stuck it to me. Don't buy their meat, it's bad product, they won't except thats it's bad prduct, and when you don't pay they will send collections after you like rabid dogs. -Lorelei IA
