Poor parts quality, again!

I am a professional installer. Bought expensive ADO brake pads. Box is missing the hardware, they made me use up 1.5 hours of shop time to go back to the store to get missing hardware. That is over $100 of my time lost. Rotor had been opened and was pretty rusted in spots. I can get same poor quality at half the price at other stores. Napa.... No How! No Way!go User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
