Re Luvsome pill treats. Please come up with a better way to package these. Every time Ive purchased them they are just a clump of smooshed pill pockets and I have to open them with some sort of implement (usually the barrel of an ink pen). This is so frustrating. I continue to buy bc my 14.5yo lab takes her pills well and really likes them. I am sending you pics of what the product looks like when I open the bag. Its disappointing. I reached out to Kroger customer service with the exact paragraph above and they sent me an email back that said Unfortunately I am unable to discern your concern. Really? What part of a clump of smooshed pill pockets do they not understand? I had sent them a pic as well.
