Spoke with an associate on 6/25/21 explained my situation regarding my order and found out some information that I was not aware of as well as me (consumer) sharing information that was not accurate. Associate was very nice ,pleasant . Asked to speak with a supervisor to explain my complaint this person who stated that they were a supervisor was VERY rude raised her voice at me and was very sarcastic when asked why she was raising her voice she hung up on me so did the second supervisor . This is not over .will User's recommendation: Will be informing Everyone I know not to do ANY business with them .
