Since Covid-19, the store at Thorneydale and Tangerine in Marana, AZ has been a huge disappointment. While the employees who work there are good in my opinion the management is poor. Twice carts have not been at the entrance forcing customers to go back in the parking lot and bring in their isn cart. Not disinfected! Many items are missing while stores other than Frys have done better There is a lot of disorganization although it is slightly improving but the store is late in the game Costco, Trader Joes, Whole Foods To name a few, have done a much better job. Today, May 15th there were NO fresh flowers forcing me to go to Safeway. It was a better experience there. The only plus besides good employees is the produce dept... its always great! Im thinking I will hear nothing from this! User's recommendation: Go elsewhere! I have been a loyal customer but am very disappointed.
