This company refuses to communicate with it's customers. My order was submitted on Nov 16, 2007 and confirmed even though there was to be a potential delay on one item. Everyone wants to know one basic thing after an order is confirmed: "When will it ship?" Well, six times I sent emails asking for an update on the shipping date. After the 4th email, I was told it would ship about mid December. That would have been fine as it would then arrive for Christmas. Problem is it wasn't shipped. After my 6th email when I told them I was going to cancel if it wasn't shipped by Dec 29th, only then did I get a response that it was going to be shipped via FEDEX on the 29th. The fact is it went out to FEDEX on Jan 3rd and was received by me Jan 7th. The products were packaged poorly as the box was oversized for the merchandise and the cap was squashed in the crushed box. It even had two dirt smudges on it. I will not even try to communicate with these losers again. This company has no credibility with me and I will never do business with them again.I think they are a bigger company and that the Celtics Store name is just a small part of their overall business.
