Scheduled an appointment 3 days after sale. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 to install radio. Did not put into bay until hour later. Ok so far, I even purchased speakers while waiting. 5 hours of waiting finally getting to leave. I have purchased 2 radios from competitors and only took about an hour both times. Same vehicle. No apologi Not happy at all. Will not recommend to anyone without telling my story.
