Poor experience getting information from customer service dept

I've had to call them numerous times over extended warranty refunds. Every time you call you get a different story. Very poor customer service! If you ask to speak to a supervisor it doesn't help. Extremely slow to refund canceled warranties. It took 12 weeks to finally get the checks in the mail. They will lie and tell you they gave been sent. What a joke. I can't believe they are connected to the Nissan brand.dD User's recommendation: Do not use them for your car lian.
