I have bought 3 Swiffer Wetjet's now and my daughter has bought 2 and all 5 have broken in the same place, the middle of the handle. I have called each time with no satisfaction from the customer service. I now have switched to the BONA system which is very similar but much cheaper to use. It has a washable pad, no batteries and a refillable detergent bottle. DON'Thad to User's recommendation: Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!
