Poor delivery, zero customer service

Ordered flowers on Fri 12th for Valentines day Sun 14th 2021. Ordered a 'deluxe' upgraded size bouquet and a full card with a message. The flowers that were there were limp and petals browning with 50% of the advertised varieties missing from the bunch (3 flower types instead of the 6 listed in the blurb).The card was left blank with the "personalised message" printed in tiny font at the top of a 30cm receipt that was stapled to the card. To top it all off, they were delivered on Sat 13th, THE DAY BEFORE VALENTINES, deapite having the delivery date printed on the receipt, so the recipient had no idea who they were from or what they were for. Total cost was just shy of $100 for this pathetic attempt. Never ever again will Bloomex be getting my business. 0.5/5 User's recommendation: Spend your money somewhere else.
