Management decides to let go of the general manager who happens to be the reason while myself and others come to this gym. Ms. McConnell who handles the front desk knows nothing about running the front desk and shows blatant favoritism to certain employees. Does not meet the standards the general manager asks of her. The way she speaks to customers is unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I guarantee you this gym will not last now that the general manager is no longer there!
