I have been trying to reach someone there since 2/7/18. I have called 5 times (cannot get to a person unless you have a card - I am a manager trying to activate a card and need login help - no option for that). I went online 10 times and tried logging in , resetting my password, etc. Still no help. I have emailed 4 times asking them to call me and each time 2-5 days later I get a response saying sorry you are having problems logging in - please call us (see above that you can't get through without a card#). Worst customer service ever - it's been 2 weeks! This is the last email reference # 929549-2851013-3280916
