Poor customer service with online

I'm not happy with the lack of customer service I received from Dollar Tree &;;;;;;;;;; their supervisor Cecelia Jolley. My online order is cancel because of shipping to the store. I was told I can replace my order & have it shipping to me direct at my cost. Which I feel that isn't not fair because I'm already being inconvenience and was notified 8 days from when i place my order about this issues. This items was order for a wedding reception and now I'm in a bond because of the lack of customer service..I asked for a courtesy free shipping and was told no from Cecelia Jolley.
