Poor customer service, to a loyal customer for 20 yrs!

We own a small store in Weatherford, TX and have used Boars Head products for 20 years for our deli. We sell deli sandwiches, breakfast biscuits and breakfast sandwiches, etc. and promote that we sell Boars Head products. They failed to call us for our regular order last week and then when we called they said that they were no longer going to service us, "it's not profitable for them." No notice, no letter to make us aware they were going to do this. We have called the office twice, since we found this out and no one has returned our calls. Terrible way to do business, especially to a Mom and Pop operation that has ordered from them for 20 years! They have now affected our business. I guess big business wins again! When we first started ordering, they delivered from Dallas, then they sold to a Fort Worth franchise, Fort Worth Deli and Provision. We own Cody's Market in Weatherford and would've appreciated AT LEAST some sort of notice from them and a return phone call. Joe and Sheri Gaber
