Winslet: Our worst nightmare. The only way we come to know about closing not happening is when we hear nothing and the closing does not happen. We are neither given the closing date nor informed that it is postponed. We heard from our lender or when another client heard about his. We were supposed to close in May or first week of June. Has not happened until now. No one has informed us why or has given us another date. Ane even worse, No one is available to talk. My email to salesperson and title never get answered. Further, we see that things are not built according to the order we placed and materials we requested. Again no one knows who is responsible. They have already changed the contractors 3 times. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
