Poor customer service policy

Tried to book our trip online but couldnt. I called the customer service line and was told you they dont have their online booking set up but it would cost $25 per person to book over the phone. Then came the onslaught of ridiculous charges that doubled the quoted price. I have flown discount airlines but Frontier leads the pack on misleading prices. It would have been cheaper to have flown on a major carrier. This will be my only flight ever on Frontier. User's recommendation: Fly any other airline.
