Brought a Dell Computer Laptop with lifetime support. I continue to get the run around from Q V C &;;; the designated Tech provider Tech Connect Live. QVC did not provide a working Telephone Number. When I call the number QVC says is the number its goes to some weird voicemail. User's recommendation: Don’t buy any electronic equipment such as a computer with an attached service plan.
