Poor customer service in Arlington Tx store

Went in to find a particular color after searching another JoAnn fabrics store. Shelves were very empty; and when I asked a question; got an answer that was incorrect. When I raised the problem to the so called manager. She decided to talk about me to the point the one I had the problem with alerted her I was coming up behind her. Seems as though JoAnn fabrics is circling the drain, good bye! Should have made customer service a priority even if you cant control inventories issues.
