Poor customer service from Shi

I tried to apply a promo code that i was send that day and i was not able to as it said the code was already used (which it was not). Shi could not help me and in fact left me on hold for over one hour trying to figure out a $5 off code. She never came back to the phone. The code was most likely false advertising. Etsy products are good but if you need customer service, she was not helpful. Never got solved. My experience was not worth saving $5. User's recommendation: Do mot expect codes to be accurate or to receive customer service as most online store do mot offer this.
