Poor Customer Service, Flowers Never Delivered

We ordered flowers with chocolate December 13, 2020 for delivery on December 19, 2020. Received an email stating there was a problem with the order the afternoon of December 19, 2020. Called twice and requested callback due to wait time. We never received a callback. Used the chat function of website to find out what delayed the order and the delivery kept getting pushed back further and further back. We finally requested a full refund and are not waiting. We will contact another company since the customer service with 1800Flowers is terrible. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company until they fix the customer service issues.
