poor customer service! cancelled service request ignored month after month

we do not have a contract with Jasper ...We are purely on a month to month basis! We sent cancellation 2 months go and the service and request is ignored! i am forced to seek legal advice, it is passed from consultant to consultant and empty promises! disgusting service! i strongly recommend that you think twice before doing any business with these people!
