Poor customer service at the Range Line Rd., Carmel, IN store. I inquired about purchasing a battery and having it installed in my 2015 Dodge Challenger. They told me that it was too technical to install it. You can YouTube it and see that it has one safety strap that goes around the top of the battery and one hold down clamps holding the battery into position in the trunk of the car . I normally would install this myself except I just had surgery and cant lift the weight of the battery. I dont believe its a technical issue I believe its a technician issue that was too lazy to change the battery. User's recommendation: Stay away from batteries plus on Rangeline Rd., Carmel, IN their technicians are too lazy to change a battery but are quite willing to sell you one for your car.
