Company misses service on hard waste frequently. I normally let it go, but this time I finally reported misses pick-up and received an automated email that they would contact me in 1-2 days. One week later, still nothing. Contacted again requesting a decrease in Bill for services not rendered and received a bill instead emphasizing full charges, no adjustments. Crooked, greedy compzng. User's recommendation: Avoid if possible.
