Poor Customer service and won’t give refund

I had called in to change my flight to a different date. After getting a ride to the airport and standing in a 2 hour line was told I didn't have a ticket and never made my original flight. So fighting on the phone with frontier trying to get a refund being told I missed my original flight and they won't give refund. I have found frontier customer service does not exist. I will NEVER fly frontier again. User's recommendation: Do not fly frontier they have terrible cu stoner service and I saw a lot of people missed their flights because they were so backed up.
