Poor Customer Service and Useless Warranty

I have a cracked sink. Called the dealer who contacted the FR Warranty Dept. FR denied my claim stating that I caused the damage. The crack has not been checked in person by anyone from FR or the dealership, but they say the photo I submitted clearly indicates that I caused some sort of impact that damaged the sink. A brand new 2020 Travel Trailer and I cant even get a very thin and very cheap $35 sink replaced. Making accusations against the customer isnt the best approach for keeping a customer for future purchases. I will definitely check elsewhere next time I upgrade.
