Poor customer service and product

I bought a Fossil Gen 5 Carlyle Stainless Steel Touchscreen Smartwatch Aug 26th 2020 not even a yr, and I put it on charge it comes up corrupt device, I can not do anything or get any where on my watch, I never swam w it, showered w it... nothing, and it's close to a 300 dollar watch gone in a yr ( not even) you can't even get to talk w anyone for help
