Poor Customer Service and High Premiums

Not only do I pay an extremely high premium per month, I still have large balances on routine preventative screenings. The only way our voice can be heard is to complain tot he Department of Insurance. They regulate all insurance companies. It is unfair they continue to charge us huge premiums and they have made a huge profit every year. One procedure my out of pocket was $600 and had to pay on site. If you call customer service you might get a person who's English is so bad, it is difficult to understand them. I would think for the amount of money they charge us, they could at least get customer service people dealing with very sensitive matters, who might be able to speak English a little better.
