Poor customer service and deceitfulness

Update by user Aug 06, 2021 I contacted the Better Business Bureau to try to get the dispute resolved and fastflight.com replied stating that they never received the email, even though I forwarded it to them twice and received a “read receipt“ back both times. This tells me It was definitely read. Original review posted by user Aug 06, 2021 I placed an order with fastfight.com and immediately canceled the order within 19 minutes after making the purchase. Their policy states that the order can be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped. Even after I sent them the email canceling the order, I received an invoice from them stating that the products had been shipped. I forwarded them the email showing them that I canceled the order prior to them shipping it, they stated they did not receive it, which I know is an accurate because I included a read receipt. This company does not honor their policies and procedures, and most certainly does not value customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone. User's recommendation: Do not use this company, as they do not value their customers and have poor customer service!
