Needing to reset pin for weekly certification. All phone assistance lines at customer service say system down and cannot process my call. The reset pin website page seems scrambled with my personal data for identity verification. Error comes up saying cannot Validate with info data entered by me. My data entered is correct Error message says call 404232**** There are other number i have tried to no avail. Emails no response
