Poor consumer care

Today my family has no power. TEP disconnected our services. Even though I spoke to them last Thursday letting them know an agency was working with me due to my struggle to pay. They did not care that our food in our fridge will spoil. They have done this before. Even when I was able to come up with funds to pay that same day. Early right after disconnect. They would not turn it on until next day. All our food spoiled. They just do not care and belittle low incomefamim User's recommendation: Pray for solor to be available to renters right away. The cost is waaay too high. 18.00 off the outrageous bills is nothing its a slap in the face a joke.
