Original review updated by user Mar 25, 2021 Trying to add money to my long-held Perks card is a constant hassle. It is like trying to get into Fort Knox. I have a credit card on file and have used it many times. They should know me by now. First it's the damn Captcha. Sometimes three times to get through that. Then to add a measly $25 to my card, I have to wait for a code sent by text. What is all this? For $25. You might think I was trying to break into a bank. Try to get a live voice on their phone line? Forget it, wait on hold 15 to 30 minutes. Send them an email, don't even go there. Dunkin needs some serious revisions. User's recommendation: Pay by cash. Not worth the hassle.
